City of Springdale pays 70% of premium costs of health, dental, vision and life insurance. Employees pay the remaining 30% of premium costs. Eligibility is effective the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.

Employees are eligible to participate in the retirement plan after 30 days of regular, full-time employment. This includes generous employer contributions and 100% vesting of all contributions and investment income upon completion of five years of employment.

Civil Service Employees
