Water & Sewer Commission
The Waterworks and Sewer Commission (known as the Water and Sewer Commission) was established in 1964 and controls the City's water and sewer system and plants, and it is the governing body that oversees the Springdale Water Utilities. The Commission's authority includes the ability to hire and manage employees, and adopt and amend rules and regulations pertaining to the municipal water system and plants.

The commission has five members who must be qualified electors of the city. Members serve eight-year terms.
If you would like to apply to serve on this board, please complete an application. Applicants must be registered to vote in Springdale. If there is not currently an opening on this board, please feel free to submit an application, and you will be notified once a position becomes available.
