The City of Springdale is regulated by both the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).  These agencies enforce the Clean Water Act and as a part of that enforcement look to municipalities to regulate certain aspects of stormwater.  Please find below the documents that Springdale uses in order to comply with these regulations.
