Last year's Ice Storm across northern Arkansas was a gruesome lesson on how we all need to keep at least a 3 day supply of basic items on hand in case of an emergency.

The American Red Cross of Northwest Arkansas is inviting the entire community to "Get 7" and help make Northwest Arkansas the most prepared area in the country!

   1. Water and food that won't spoil
   2. Change of Clothing and blanket for each person
   3. Training (First aid, CPR, and Preparedness)
   4. Eye glasses and/or medication
   5. Have Cash! ATM's don't work when the power is out
   6. Battery powered radio and flashlight with extra batteries
   7. Items for infants, elderly, disabled family members, and pets
