The Bluff Cemetery is owned by the City of Springdale and is operated by the Springdale Public Works, Streets and Public Facilities Department. All inquiries concerning lot purchases or grounds maintenance should be directed to:

The following information is provided to assist you with general rules pertaining to Bluff Cemetery. These rules have been adopted for mutual protection of owners of interment rights in the cemetery. All interment rights sold therein, shall be subject to these rules and regulations as they now exist and as they may reasonably be amended or altered hereafter by the cemetery. These rules shall also apply to all future sales of said property within Bluff Cemetery. The cemetery expressly reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice to any owners, to adopt new rules and regulations or to amend, modify, or repeal any section, paragraph, or sentence of these rules and regulations. 

Hours of Operation

The cemetery hours are from sunrise to sunset. Anyone on cemetery grounds outside these hours is in violation these rules.

Mowing and Maintenance                               

Cemetery personnel will provide mowing and grounds keeping on a continual basis and there will be no set schedule for these operations.
