This project includes extending Dean's Trail from the Phase 2 terminus at Sara Ford Avenue approximately 1.5 miles to Don Tyson Parkway. The 12 foot concrete trail will include a pedestrian refuge island at Electric Avenue, an at grade crossing at Spring Creek Avenue, and a below grade crossing at Don Tyson Parkway while tying into the concrete sidewalks at Don Tyson.
