Shiloh Museum of Ozark History Board of Trustees

Shiloh MuseumIn July 1967 the Springdale City Council approved a motion to establish a Museum Committee. The museum bylaws were approved by the committee in May 1968 and have been updated several times since then.

The Board of Trustees for the Shiloh Museum of Ozark History was created by the museum's bylaws to be the governing body that oversees the museum, which is a department of the City of Springdale. Their duties include supervising all financial affairs for the museum, such as approving the museum's annual budget before it is sent to the City Council for approval.
