Complaint Procedure

To commend or compliment the performance of a Springdale Police Department employee, notify a Police Department Supervisor by coming in person to the Springdale Police Department anytime or by calling the Police Department's non emergency number at 479-751-4542, or by mailing comments to:

When a commendation is received by the supervisor it is forwarded through the chain of command, to the Chief of Police.

Letters of commendation from citizens are posted for all department employees to view.
