The 911 Communications Center is a 24-hour operation providing emergency and non-emergency call taking and dispatching for police, fire, and emergency medical services in a two county area.

The Communications Center is also the Primary Answering Point (PSAP) for Springdale 911 calls, which includes transferring emergency calls to the appropriate agencies as needed. The Communication Center strives to handle every call in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
