40th St. Improvements

Road Closure Notice: N. 40th St. will continue to be closed to thru traffic through mid-February, pending any delays.

Status: 50% Complete
Description: This project includes widening 40th Street as a three-lane road with a center turn lane from Falcon Road north to the Spring Creek bridge. This project will also include a sidewalk and a 12 foot sidepath with mid-block pedestrian refuge islands. Total approximate length: 1.1 miles.
Estimated Date of Completion: Late Spring 2024
