Description:
Phase 2: This project includes the construction of Dean’s Trail from Oriole Street, under Highway 412 in a proposed precast concrete box culvert tunnel, then east to Sara Ford Avenue. The concrete trail will be approximately 0.33 miles long and 12 foot wide.
Phase 3A: This project includes extending Dean's Trail from the Phase 2 terminus at Sara Ford Avenue approximately 1.5 miles to Don Tyson Parkway. The 12 foot concrete trail will include a pedestrian refuge island at Electric Avenue, an at grade crossing at Spring Creek Avenue, and a below grade crossing at Don Tyson Parkway while tying into the concrete sidewalks at Don Tyson.
