Springdale, Ark- Late last year, the City of Springdale Parks and Recreation Department was awarded an Outdoor Recreation Matching Grant from the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism to build a new, all-inclusive playground at Murphy Park, Springdale's oldest park.
Last week, Chad Wolf, Parks and Recreation Director, and Zach Walls, Parks Superintendent represented the City of Springdale at the state's check presentation for the awarded project.
