Springdale, Ark -- Springdale City Council has approved the purchase of an outdoor fitness court at Murphy Park! The city was also able to secure a $30,000 grant from National Fitness Campaign that will go toward the purchase of the fitness court.
"The Fitness Court® is designed to provide a full body workout in only seven minutes," according to the National Fitness Campaign website. "Rotate through all seven zones on The Fitness Court® for a circuit training workout that will have you full of energy."
