The City of Springdale, Arkansas is accepting sealed proposals for "Request for Proposals Bundled Recordkeeping Services for Governmental Retirement Plans: 401(a)/457(b)."

Sealed proposals should be addressed to:

Proposals shall be labeled "Request for Proposals Bundled Recordkeeping Services for Governmental Retirement Plans: 401(a)/457(b)." Proposals shall be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. CST on September 8, 2025. There will be NO formal opening of proposals upon submission.

The City of Springdale reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposal deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in the proposal process. Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered in the evaluation process.

During the period between the request for proposals, submission date, and the contract award, respondents including their agents and/or representatives/owners, shall not directly or indirectly promote their proposal or proposal to any member of the Springdale City Council or City staff except in the course of City-sponsored inquiries, briefings, interviews, and/or presentation requests. Violation of this provision may result in the rejection of the respondent's proposal submittal.

The City of Springdale reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals, to waive technicalities, and to make any investigation deemed necessary concerning the proposer's ability to provide the services required, and to accept what in its judgement is the most advantageous proposal.
