A Message from Mayor Doug Sprouse
“The City of Springdale is deeply saddened by the loss of one of our own, Anthony “Tony” Spero, who passed away last night in an off-duty accident. Tony served our community as a Firefighter/Paramedic with courage, skill, and an unwavering commitment to protecting the people of Springdale. We extend our deepest condolences to his wife Lauren and children, extended family, friends, and brothers and sisters in the fire service. Our city has lost a dedicated public servant, and we will remember Tony for his service and sacrifice. Further information will be shared soon for those who wish to support the family during this difficult time. We know Springdale will come together, as it always does, to surround them with love, gratitude, and strength.”
