The City of Springdale, Arkansas is accepting sealed proposals for "Request for Proposals Compensation Consultant".
Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Springdale, Arkansas, at 201 Spring St, Springdale, AR until 4:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at which time proposals duly delivered and submitted will be considered for the Request for Proposals for Compensation Consultant. The proposal package must be clearly marked with your company’s name of the cover. There will be NO formal opening of proposals upon submission.
The City of Springdale reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposal deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in the proposal process. Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered in the evaluation process.
During the period between the Request for Proposals, submission date, and the contract award, respondents including their agents and/or representatives/owners, shall not directly or indirectly promote their proposal or proposal to any member of the Springdale City Council or City staff except in the course of City-sponsored inquires, briefings, interviews, and/or presentations requests. Violation of this provision may result in the rejection of the respondent’s Proposal Submittal.
The City of Springdale reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals, to waive technicalities, and to make any investigation deemed necessary concerning the proposer’s ability to provide the services required, and to accept what in its judgment is the most advantageous proposal.
