Request for Bids
The City of Springdale Public Works Department is seeking sealed bids for restriping in thermoplastic, certain public streets within the city limits. Specifications for the projects are available for pick up or can be sent by email from the Public Works Department, located at 269 E. Randall Wobbe Ln. Springdale Ar. Requests for emailed copies may be sent to: ecarter@springdalear.gov, velizaldespringdalear.gov or jsmith@springdalear.gov
All bids shall be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope "Bid for restriping" and received in the Public Works Office by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 14th 2026.
The City of Springdale reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the proposal deemed to be in the best interests of the owner. Please include a cost per foot as the City of Springdale reserves the right to add or remove streets from the stripping list, increasing or decreasing the total linear feet to be striped. The owner further reserves the right to withhold the awarding of the contract for a period not to exceed 90 days after the receipt of the bids.
