Request for Bids
The City of Springdale Public Works Department is seeking sealed bids for Public Works hail damage; Specifications for the projects are available for pick up from Public Works Department, located at 269 E. Randall Wobbe Ln. Springdale Ar.
The bid opening will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 30, 2026. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Hail Damage” on the outside and delivered to the Public Works Office prior to the opening; bids received after the 10:00 a.m. will not be accepted. Oral Statements, explanations, instructions or interpretations made by staff or representatives are not binding and may not modify the written bid documents.
The City of Springdale reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the proposal deemed to be in the best interests of the owner. The owner further reserves the right to withhold the awarding of the contract for a period not to exceed 90 days after the receipt of the bids.
