Filing Charges

If you desire to file a misdemeanor criminal charge against another person for a crime which was committed in Springdale, you should first contact the Springdale Police Department and make a report. After making a report, you should present yourself to the Springdale City Attorney's Office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (the City Attorney's Office is closed on City holidays and Saturdays and Sundays).
