North Side Intersection Improvements

Status: Design Phase

Description: This project includes the following intersection improvements:

Elm Springs Road & 40th St: Improvements include adding an Eastbound right turn lane on Elm Springs and adding another Northbound left turn lane on 40th Street
Huntsville Avenue & Thompson St: Improvements include adding Eastbound and Westbound dedicated right turn lanes on Huntsville Avenue.
Pleasant Street & Sunset Ave: Improvements include pedestrian facilities (ped heads, ADA ramps, and crosswalks) on all legs of the intersection
Backus Street & Thompson St: Improvements include extending the existing dual Eastbound left turn bays to a total of 200 feet of storage
