Public response is requested on proposed concepts for the Northwest Arkansas Rail Corridor Safety Study (NWA Rail Crossing Study) at eight railroad crossings in Springdale and Fayetteville. Residents are encouraged to share their thoughts on the recommendations for the railroad crossings to improve comfort, connectivity, and safety.
Public Open Houses will have Spanish and Marshallese interpreters on-site.
Monday, November 10, from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shiloh Museum at 118 W. Johnson Avenue, Springdale.

This Thursday 10/9/25, there will be a road closure at the Shiloh Museum for
Arkansas Symbols Day. The closure will be on W Center St and Church St,
starting at 7:30am and ending at 3:30pm. Closure map is attached.

The new Pride of Springdale Trail project is underway and bike lane striping will be added to W. Emma Ave from Gutensohn to Pleasant over the next few days (weather permitting). Folks on Emma: please be aware the crews are working overnight to avoid traffic issues.
