Last night at the Springdale City Council, Mayor Doug Sprouse had the honor of presenting Kelsie Everett with a Proclamation, proclaiming the week of April 10 - April 14 as "Kelsie Everett Week" in the City of Springdale. Kelsie will be representing the City of Springdale at the Miss Arkansas Pageant beginning June 3, 2023 through June 10, 2023. Join us in congratulating Kelsie! We wish you nothing but the best!

It will be available at the Housing Authority’s Office at #5 Applegate, Springdale, Arkansas. The Authority’s hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
